Nas operações pelo Sistema Financeiro Imobiliário (SFI), a taxa efetiva cobrada no balcão da agência passou de 9,20% para 11% ao ano. O cliente da instituição pagará 10,70%, ante 9,10%, e, aquele que recebe salário pelo banco pagará 10,50% em comparação aos 9% anteriores, mesmas condições do servidor público cliente. O que recebe a folha de salários pelo banco terá um custo de 10,20%, ante 8,80%.</div>
